Cohort baseline survey (Google Form)

Create a Google Form with the 10 baseline questions, then paste the embed URL into js/config.js and redeploy. Step-by-step guide: cohort/GOOGLE_FORM_SETUP.md

  1. Create the form (question list in the setup guide).
  2. Send → </> embed → copy the src URL.
  3. Set GOOGLE_FORM_EMBED_URL (and optional share URL) in js/config.js.
  4. Redeploy Pages — this page will embed the form automatically.

What the form measures

Knowledge baseline · Framework alignment · Immersive-vs-expository mix — same three scores as the lecture deck.

When to administer

Pre: before or during Session 1. Post: Session 7 (duplicate form). Δ = post − pre.

Meanwhile

Faculty can still practise scoring locally on the browser survey (saved only on their device).
