Innovative Pedagogy · Programme spine
These guide content design, classroom practice, and the Session 7 capstone commitment. The baseline survey maps every item back to at least one pillar.
Start from lived experience, not vocabulary. Without purpose, the other six pillars have no gravity to pull toward.
In Session 1: “Which resource do you most depend on…?”
In Day 2: “The smokestack has moved” — real trade-offs, not lectures.
Survey: Q5 · How often do you connect content to what students care about?
The deck’s spine — reusable in every course. Every green-mfg problem lives inside all three circles at once.
In Session 1: Six stages + three lenses activity.
In Day 2: Full 7×3 scaffold; every stage carries STB framing.
Survey: Q3, Q6 · Stages taught + STB frequency.
Chizhou, Anhui, Yangtze River Delta — and world cases. The field trip is next door.
In Day 2: LONGi, GCL, CATL Yibin, Huzhou textiles, Chizhou BIPV & bamboo.
Survey: Q4, Q7 · Sector ranking + local-case frequency.
Less pure lecture. More workshop, field visit, online/AI, and independent project. Charts to redraw; empty matrix cells to fill.
Tool: 3×7 matrix as a live workshop instrument.
Survey: Q8 immersive + Q9 format mix.
Cross-discipline seat plans. Paired debate: “Which sector’s stage-N opportunity is highest leverage?”
In Session 1: Group object walk-through + 3-minute sharing.
Survey: Q8 peer sub-item.
Each of 32 faculty picks the sector nearest their home discipline for the Session 7 capstone redesign. One faculty · one committed module.
Survey: Q8 mentorship sub-item · often among “most stretched” pillars.
One line that changes the frame — for a lecture, a proposal, or a WeChat post. The 15 Day 2 headlines are raw material.
Survey: Q8 comms + Q10 open voice (“one concrete change in 6 months, and WHY”).
Session 7 · Capstone
Each faculty member commits to one redesigned module — measured against the same baseline survey at the end.
Rewrite one existing unit to include all life-cycle stages + Social · Technical · Business framing.
Pillars 2 · 4Replace one imported case with a Chizhou / Anhui local use case — with a live field-visit or interview.
Pillars 3 · 1Shift lecture % down ~15 points — replaced by peer critique, mentorship hour, or AI-assisted practice.
Pillars 4 · 5 · 6
